01 / The Vision
We envision a world where invention is a lifestyle — something people pursue with the same agency, energy, and community that Peloton, Hyrox, and CrossFit brought to fitness. Not a title. Not a credential. A way of seeing, of noticing, of moving through daily life. Practiced anywhere, by anyone.
We envision a world where lived experience is valued as the most important asset in innovation. A world where the people who have spent their lives quietly solving problems no one else was coming to fix are seen as the inventors they've always been.
We believe the solutions to the world's biggest problems are hidden in the aggregate lived experiences of the people who've been told they aren't innovators. The more you've lived, survived, and seen, the more patterns you carry — and those patterns can be the missing piece of a solution in an entirely different domain. It's called cross-domain innovation, and it's one of the most powerful forces in invention.
With the advent of AI, many of the technical barriers that used to gatekeep invention are falling. The tools have caught up. What remains is to bring more people to them.
This is how we get the world we want.
